While a poor pump may not let the loader lift with it's fully capacity, the pump has nothing to do with allowing a FEL to drop it's bucket with the 4-way in the neutral position. Aug 23, 2015 · 11,000 hours. initial problem was after getting warm front loader would stop lifting. I installed a gauge on pressure port 3 which is signal pressure and found pump was strokiing/destroking rapidly. I changed resolvers, no change, changed entire loader lift valve with new, fixed the stroke destroke problem.

So we pulled the pressure relief valve cap and pulled the coil spring out of the cap, inserted a Kubota 4 mil shim into the cap and replaced the spring, then put it back and re-tested. Aug 07, 2017 · Rebuild kit was purchased from local Kubota dealer and local hyd shop did the pump rebuild. There are no new accessories such as a grapple or anything of that nature. Pressure test was performed just as described in the service manual. There are no cable linkages in the control system for the loader, and no excess slop in the joystick linkages.
