Since you just changed a bunch of parts, I'd inspect your new lines and check for looseness or lines rubbing somewhere. The hydraulic system is totally self bleeding.

The rear tire needs a new valve stem which is why it is flat. No hydrolic leaks. I have implements that I would possibly sell with it for an additional cost depending on which one you wanted.
